Friday, July 10, 2009
9:00am to 5:00pm
Tidepool Sculptural Cuff

1 Day Class
This beautiful cuff is reminiscent of tidepools I have visited in Hawaii and my hometown of San Diego, CA.

Swirling blues and greens representing water encircle barnacles, anenomes and tiny branch corals. Sand colored beads provide the perfect sea bed for your little undersea world.
This is a fun class for those who know basic Peyote stitch through advanced beaders.

Skill Level: Beginner to Advanced

Prerequisite: None

Femme Florets Ring Saturday, July 11, 2009
9:00am to Noon
Femme Florettes Ring

3 Hour Class
Bright and fun and just fancy enough to wear day or evening; this little flower is so lovely and sparkly it will get attention wherever you wear it. The Femme Florets Ring is so quick and easy to make that you will want to make lots for you and your friends.

Skill Level: Beginning/Intermediate

Prerequisite: Basic Peyote Stitch Knowledge

Mastering The Curl Saturday, July 11, 2009
2:00pm to 5:00pm
Mastering the Curl

3 Hour Class
Mastering the Curl is Jeannette's signature class! This class has continued to be a favorite class among beaders since the mid 1980's because it is fun for people with all beading skill levels. This simple variation on the Peyote Stitch is easier than it looks, and a quick project. The Curl is such a wonderful pendant when it is finished. I love teaching this class and watching as the excitement builds as the class goes on and the curl begins to take shape. You can shop for the perfect blown glass or lampwork bead to nestle in the opening at the top once you are finished with your curl. Too fun!!!

The Third Eye Pendant Sunday, July 12, 2009
9:00am to 5:00pm
The Third Eye Pendant

1 Day Class
This lovely pendant has a compelling design that draws the eye to it's glass bead center. A circle of beadwork within a larger circle of beadwork encompasses a glass focal "eye" bead. The beadwork also appears to radiate outward from the focal bead adding movement and focus to the pendant. Embellish with Keshi Pearls and crystals, top with a triple bail and you have an elegant and interesting piece of wearable art jewelry.

Skill Level: Intermediate to Advanced

Prerequisite: Must know Netting and Herringbone stitches
